Recently we’ve discovered that a number of notifications sent by the mailroom about arrived packages are landing in the recipients’ spam boxes. OIT has been informed of the problem and is working to find a solution. But in the meantime, if you’re expecting a package and haven’t gotten a notification from us in your regular mailbox, check your spam.
Please note, however, that tracking information from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) showing a package has been delivered does not necessarily mean it’s at the mailroom. That only means that the carrier has dropped it at a collection point for mailroom staff to retrieve it. Mail and packages are collected every day Monday through Friday.
