If you receive an email from Amazon, or the company you ordered from, saying that your package/mail has been delivered, that means that it is either at the Post Office or in the Stockroom. Once packages arrive there, they need to be processed before we can pick them up to bring to the Mailroom. In the mailroom, we will either put your mail/package in your mailbox (if it will fit without being bent or damaged) or we will scan it to send you an email and place it on the shelf. Please remember to check your mailbox before telling us that your package is missing. The mailboxes allow you to pick up your mail even when we are closed. If you need your combination, we can also give that to you. Thank you!
