Join the Social Justice Action Group on Thursday Nov. 4 at 6PM for a discussion about how to seek balance between advocating for justice in our communities and practicing self-care. During these stressful times, feelings of burnout can be especially overwhelming, but we have to continue caring for ourselves even as we work to address social issues. This series will be facilitated by Sabrina Burress, a Resident in Counseling and Executive Director at the ARROW Project. We want to create a space where students can share their varied experiences and perspectives in relation to social justice and self-care.
