Due to COVID numbers, Augusta Health has asked that adjustments be made to the local Relay for Life event.  It will now be more like a tailgating event.  It is still at Expo, but it has been shortened and will now take place  from 6:30-8:30 pm.  We will still have a site with our MBU tent.  Everyone should park near our tent and bring chairs.  There won’t be any food trucks so please bring your own food and drink.  Remember to wear your mask, comfortable shoes and your MBU shirt.  (Our Fighting Squirrels KO Cancer shirts are still on sale until the end of lunch tomorrow, Friday!)

They will still have the meal for survivor’s from 5:30-6:30 pm.  Opening ceremony is at 6:30 pm, followed by the Survivor’s lap.  There will still be a DJ and we can purchase luminarias for $10.  They will be lit as soon as it gets dark.  There will no longer be any corn hole, cake walk, or basket auction at the event.  After the luminarias are lit, everyone is welcome to resume walking and listening to music until the closing ceremony at about 8:30 pm.  We hope to see you there!
